How many photos can I upload?
Upload up to the number of magnets in your selected set (4, 6, or 9). You may use different photos or repeat the same one.

What size are the magnets?
Each magnet measures 2” x 2” with a smooth finish and strong magnetic backing.

What photos work best?
• High-resolution images
• Clear, bright, and well-lit photos
• Avoid screenshots or blurry/zoomed-in images
• Square photos are ideal (cropping may occur)

Will my photos be cropped?
Minor cropping may be done to fit the 2” x 2” format. We always center the most important part of your photo.

We may occasionally request permission to use your finished product photos for marketing purposes such as social media or website displays.

This is completely optional.
We will always ask for your approval first, and you may decline or opt out at any time.

Photos are printed exactly as uploaded. We are not responsible for:

• Blurry, pixelated, or low-quality images
• Dark or underexposed photos
• Screenshots
• Customer upload mistakes

Color Notice:
Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed magnets.

Proofs:
Proofs are not sent unless requested before ordering.

If a photo is completely unusable, we will contact you before production.

Processing Time:
Orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Note:
Carrier delays are out of our control.

Because all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We offer free reprints or replacements if:
• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged
• There is a printing or manufacturing error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Reprints are NOT available for:
• Low-quality customer-uploaded photos
• Screen vs. print color differences
• Cropping preferences
• Customer upload errors
